Hotel Baia d’Oro began its activities in 1958 thanks to the intuition of Mrs. Bertoldi, wife of master artist Giovan Battista Terzi, and quickly distinguished itself with its excellent and carefully-prepared meals, becoming a destination for the most demanding palates.
Over the years, it underwent several renovations, and today, after major reconstruction in 2009, can meet the requirements of an extremely refined clientele.
The primary goal of the “Baia d’Oro” is to help the guest to feel at home, indulged by an excellent kitchen and a well-supplied cellar and supported by a well-prepared and available staff that guarantees excellent service, from breakfast to the cocktail served by candlelight on the lake terrace.
The restaurant and the wine cellar, under the personal care and direction ofGabriele Terzi, son of the owner, are the strengths of the Hotel, along with the enviable location on the lake, with the exclusive mooring for motorboats.
In the restaurant, Gabriele Terzi offers diners a vast choice of treats, among which stand out various types of carpaccio using fish such as bass, bream, and umbrine, fresh homemade pasta, and durum pasta with seafood and crustaceans.
